I had been using this car wash under the monthly membership the 103rd location without issue. However, I went to the Independence location and after leaving the wash nieces my front license plate including bracket had been ripped off. I came the location looking for possible video to figure what happened. Was instructed to call back next day for Jamie who did not return a call after 3 messages until a month later only to say our video only goes back 7 days then was usable to cancel my membership because apparently although they're a franchise you can only cancel at the location where you sign up. I go to this location where I am told their site has video for a much longer period of time. Also gives the first mention of a damage form that should have been filed. I am contacted my the operations manager who takes no accountability for the poor communication, possibility of responsibility for damage, declares the amazing quality of their equipment although worker states it does happen occasionally and says it was possibly stolen, bracket and all. Wow! I have found a new wash with more locations in the area. Customer service and accountability is too important to me. Good luck here.
